Public Sector Supplier Approval

TRG – The Roof Group are excited to announce that we have been successful in our application to be pre-approved to provide our services to the UK wide public sector.

After a complex application process involving provision of multiple pieces of company documentation including corporate controls and policies, the contracting authority board of assessors approved our application.

Aaron Mansfield TRG Director said: “This is another step in the achievement of our longer term strategic plans. To be in a position to have the internal controls and processes, and then to be able utilise them to achieve pre-approved status for supplying the public sector is a vindication of our approach to professionalism and doing things in the right way. I’d like to personally thank everyone in our application team for their efforts”.

Additional Information for Public Sector Buyers

TRG – The Roof Group Limited are an approved public sector consortia supplier.

If you work in the public sector and need to procure roofing work through a mini competition route you can ask us to bid either directly into your tender, or pre-approved through your local consortia contracting authority.

Using this pre-approved UK wide targeted approach to procurement you can then exclude bids by general builders with the added advantage of reducing your final bid selection workload, whilst essentially simplifying and reducing your internal costs of procurement and reducing the operational cost to the public sector.

With over 20 years experience working with public sector procurement bodies, we know how public sector procurement works and can help you achieve value for money.

As a pre-approved supplier we also have the experience and knowledge to ensure that the tender, contracting and delivery process will be as smooth and as painless as possible.

As an approved roofing specialist, by following your appropriate ‘value for money’ process you will be able to target the specific roofing lots you need; pre-approved just ask us how.

If you have any questions regarding the appropriate tender contract and the lots please don’t hesitate to contact us and we can signpost you to an appropriate VFM procurement route.
