We are one of a handful of companies within the Southwest of England to be part of the Governments National Federation of Roofing Contractors Competent Person Scheme. This means that our work is constantly independently vetted for its quality and that we are able to self-certify our work as compliant with building regulations meaning that you will not have to arrange Local Authority building inspection for your roofing work (which is a legal requirement if you are replacing over 50% of the roof area) please follow this link for more information Refurbishing your home’s roof? You will also have the assurance the work is parts and labour, insurance backed guaranteed against any defects or workmanship for a period of 10 years with a certificate provided (which as part of the NFRC CPS scheme we are not allowed to additionally charge).
